The immigration rally in Ann Arbor was attended by Jay Kommareddi, Mahendra Kenkre, Kumar Bhatt and Manish Kenkre. The bus left Pontiac at 7:00 AM in rain. But weather improved with clear sky by the time the rally started at 9:00 AM. Several speakers talked about the need for immigration reform "now" and many narrated personal stories. Just a mile from the rally, President Obama was scheduled to speak to UM graduates and their families at the commencement exercise at the Big House. As helicopters buzzed overhead going towards the stadium, people held signs up high for "Reform Immigration for America". At 11:30 AM everyone peacefully marched to the Big House and the buses left shortly after that.Elected Officials
